REFUND POLICY
Because this is a fund set up purely to receive donations, The Mitchell River Group does not anticipate the need to refund deposits.
PRIVACY POLICY
We greatly respect your privacy as a donor and only use the the information we collect from you in the follow ways:
- Name, Address and Donation Amount details are collected in order to provide initial payment information required for the Westpac Bank transaction web site.
- Name, Address and Donation Amount details will also be used to generate a Tax Invoice/Receipt for the donor once the donation has been made.
- NOTE: We do not collect any credit card information, as this is done on the Westpac Bank transaction site.
- Email address is collected so a Tax Invoice/Receipt can be sent to the donor.
- In some cases we may also provide the donor with a presentational Certificate of Appreciation via either email or post.
Unless required by law, we will not supply any donor information to any other organisations, businesses or government agencies for any purposes.
SECURITY POLICY
Any payments made to the Mitchell River Public Fund will be done over a 128-bit SSL encryption. There are no restrictions on countries that we can recieve payments from.
